Removal and installation
1. Remove the three bolts (A) securing the propeller shaft (B) to the torque transmission coupling.
Note: Tightening torque: 49.0-68.6 Nm

2. Using a screwdriver, disconnect the propeller shaft from the torque transmission clutch.
3. Disconnect the electromagnetic clutch connector (A).

4. Remove the four torque transmission clutch mounting bolts (A).
Note: Tightening torque: 58.8 - 63.7 Nm.

5. Using a screwdriver, disconnect the torque transfer clutch from the rear differential housing.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note:
When installing:
1. Lubricate the differential pinion gear with GNY202 general purpose grease or equivalent.
2. Apply special sealant B MS721-40 or LT5702 to the contact surface of the clutch and differential.
3. Before applying the sealant, clean the surfaces from oil.
4. The place where the sealant is applied is shown in the figure.
5. Do not install the torque transmission coupling if 3 minutes or more have passed since applying the sealant. In this case, it is necessary to remove all traces of the sealant and apply a new one.
