Note:
- Wash all parts before assembly.
- Before installation, apply a thin layer of motor oil to all rubbing surfaces.
- Replace all sealing cuffs with new ones.
1. Install the valves.
Using the special tool (03222-4A000), install the oil seal.
Attention.
- Do not reuse the valve stem seal.
- Incorrect installation of the valve stem seal may result in engine oil leaks through the valve guide.
Install the valve, valve spring and upper spring seat.
Note: The valve spring must be installed so that the polished portion of the coils is directed upwards (towards the upper support).
Using the special tool (09222-ЗК000, 09222-ЗК100), compress the valve spring and install the crackers. After installation, make sure that the crackers are installed properly.
Apply a few light blows with a wooden hammer handle to the valve stems to ensure that the crackers have properly secured the valves.
2. Install the valve lifters (A). Check and ensure that the lifters move smoothly.
