Removal
1. Loosen the drain plug and drain the coolant. Remove the radiator cap to speed up the draining process.
2. Disconnect the oil cooler hoses (A).

3. Remove the oil filter (A).

4. Loosen the mounting bolt (A) and remove the oil cooler assembly (B).

Installation
1. Apply a thin coat of engine oil to the rubber seals (A) of the oil cooler, then install the oil cooler and tighten the bolt (B).
Note: Tightening torque: 44.1 - 53.9 Nm.

Caution: Fix the position of the oil cooler stopper (A) in which the oil cooler is opposite the crankcase stopper (B).

2. Apply a thin layer of engine oil to the rubber seals (A) of the oil filter, then install the oil filter.
Note: Tightening torque: 11.8-15.7 Nm.
3. Connect the oil cooler hoses (B).

4. Fill the radiator with coolant and check for leaks.
