Your vehicle's standard tires have wear indicators that appear when the tread depth decreases to 1.6 mm. The tire should be replaced when the indicators appear as a solid bridge in two or more tread grooves. Install only tires of the specified size. When replacing wheel rims, install rims whose size and offset meet Hyundai requirements.
Warning:
- Driving on worn tires is dangerous! Worn tires cause reduced braking performance, poor handling, and poor traction. When changing tires, never mix bias-ply and radial-ply tires. When replacing radial tires with diagonal ones, the latter must be installed on all wheels.
- Installing tires and wheels of sizes other than those recommended may cause unusual handling characteristics that could result in death, serious injury, or property damage.
