What to do if the air conditioner is not used for a long time? (Hyundai Elantra J1)
0
The air conditioner should be turned on for at least five minutes every week, even in cold weather. This is required to ensure proper lubrication of the internal parts of the compressor and keep the air conditioner in good working order. If this is not done, the system may emit an unusual odor. The appearance of a smell does not indicate a breakdown of the system.
