On a vehicle equipped with an electric sunroof, it is moved or opened using control buttons located on the overhead console. Sliding, opening and closing the sunroof using the electric drive is only possible when the key in the ignition switch is in the "ON" position.

To automatically slide the sunroof, press and hold (not less than 1 second) button "SLIDE OPEN" ("Move") on the overhead console. At this point the hatch will move completely. To stop the sunroof in any position while sliding, press any sunroof control button.

Manual shift



Short term (less than 0.5 sec), click on the button "SLIDE OPEN" ("Move").

Closing



To close the sunroof, press and hold the "CLOSE" button on the overhead console until the sunroof is completely closed.

Warning:
  • When closing the sunroof, make sure that no one's hands or body are between the sliding panel and the sunroof opening, as this may cause injury.
  • Do not stick your head or hands out of the hatch under any circumstances.


Attention:
  • Do not open the hatch in very cold weather or when it is covered with snow.
  • Periodically clean the hatch guides from dirt.
  • Do not hold the sunroof control buttons down longer than necessary. This may cause damage to the electric motor or other system components.


Opening the hatch



Automatic opening



To open the hatch automatically, press the button "TILT UP" ("Open it slightly") on the ceiling console and hold it for at least 1 second. In this case, the hatch will open slightly for the entire turn. To stop the hatch in any of the intermediate positions, press any hatch control button.



Manual opening



Short term (less than half a second), click on the button "TILT UP" ("Open slightly") on the ceiling console.

Closing



To close the sunroof, press and hold the "CLOSE" button on the overhead console until the sunroof is completely closed.

Note: Before opening the sunroof after washing the car or rain, thoroughly remove any water from it.
