Roof hatch — disassembly and installation (Hyundai Accent X3)

Disassembly

1. To remove the sunroof, remove the following parts in the order shown:

• 1) Complete set of upper lamps.
• 2) Sun visor and interior rear view mirror.
• 3) Front pillar.
• 4) The hatch handle.

2. Remove the canopy from the sunroof glass.



3. Remove the hatch from the frame hinge.



4. Remove the sunroof reflector.





5. Remove the sunroof handle cover and sunroof handle support plate.



6. Remove the hatch frame hinge.

Installation

1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.



2. When installing the sunroof outer lining, make sure there is no gap between the lining and the roof.
