Tightening torque: Nm
Removal
1. Press up on the power steering fluid reservoir.
2. Disconnect the wiring from the ABS relay box, pump motor and modulator.
3. Disconnect the brake system pipes from the ABS modulator, the master cylinder and the metering valve.
4. Remove the modulator mounting bracket and the modulator itself.
Warning:
- 1. Never try to disassemble the modulator.
- 2. The modulator must be carried and stored in an upright position and with all openings closed.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Tighten the modulator mounting bolts and brake line nuts to the specified torque.
Tightening torque
- Modulator mounting bolt - 17-26 Nm
- Brake line nut - 13-17 Nm
