Location of the vehicle identification plate (models produced 1992-1995)
1 - transmission type (A - automatic transmission, B - 5-speed manual transmission); 2 - gear ratio of the gearbox; 3 - paint color code; 4 - service code (spare parts); 5 - brake system code; 6, 7 - production date; 8 - vehicle identification number (VIN is dead); 9 - total permissible weight of the vehicle; 10 - permissible weight with trailer; 11 - load on the front axle of the car; 12 - load on the rear axle of the car.

The vehicle identification number (VIN) is stamped on the right side of the engine compartment bulkhead and is also located on the vehicle identification plate.
