Removal of air from the brake system
1. Make sure that the brake fluid level in the expansion tank is at the MAX mark (A).
2. Attach a vinyl hose to the bleeder on the wheel cylinder, lower the other end of the hose into a container of brake fluid.
3. Start the engine.
4. Press the brake pedal several times.
5. With the pedal fully depressed, loosen the bleeder screw until brake fluid starts to flow out, then tighten the bleed screw.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until there are no air bubbles in the flowing liquid.
7. Tighten the air bleed screw.
8. Perform the indicated operations on the remaining wheels in the order shown in the figure.
