Glass
Note: Wear gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove the door trim.
2. Carefully move the glass (A), then loosen the glass mounting bolts. Remove the glass from the guide.
Then pull the glass out through the special opening (B).
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Guide
1. Remove the inner door trim.
2. Remove the glass.
3. Loosen the rear guide mounting nuts.
4. After removing the molding, remove the guide.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Servo motor
1. Remove the door trim.
2. Disconnect the plug (A), then remove the servo motor (B).
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Door module
1. Remove the inner door trim.
2. Remove the glass.
3. Disconnect the wiring (A).
4. Disconnect the lock rod (A), then disconnect the outer handle rod (B).
5. Remove the door module (C).
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note: After installation, make sure all plugs are connected. Check the operation of the door lock.
Speaker
1. Remove the inner door trim.
2. Disconnect the plug (A), then remove the speaker (B).
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Inner handle
1. Remove the inner door trim.
2. Loosen the handle mounting screws (A), then remove the handle from the door module.
3. Disconnect the lock cable (A) and the inner handle cable (B).
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
