Front suspension — installation (Hyundai Tucson JM)

1. Install the strut assembly (B), then tighten the bolts (A) to the steering knuckle. Tightening torque 140-160 Nm.



2. Tighten the nuts (A) securing the rack. Tightening torque 45-60 Nm.



3. Tighten the nut (B) securing the rod (A) of the anti-roll bar. Tightening torque 100-120 Nm.



4. Tighten the cable (B) fastening bolts of the sensor, then install the speed sensor (A).





5. Tighten the bolts securing the bracket (B) of the brake hose and the cable (C) of the speed sensor to the rack (A).



6. Install the vehicle wheels (A) onto the hub (B) and tighten the mounting nuts (C). Tightening torque 90-110 Nm.
