Photosensor — General Information (Hyundai Tucson JM)

The photo sensor is installed on the driver's side in front of the windshield. The sensor emits a light signal at a certain frequency and receives it reflected from the windshield. If the glass is fogged up, the sensor does not receive the reflected light signal and sends a control signal to turn on the windshield blower.
