2. Remove the ignition fuse.
3. Disconnect the ignition wires from the ignition coils and disconnect the high voltage spark plug wires.
Note: When disconnecting the high voltage spark plug wire, only hold on to the rubber cap on the wire. If the spark plug wire is disconnected by pulling on the wire itself, internal breaks in the wire circuit may result.
4. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the block of coils of ignition and remove coils.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Attention: improper routing of high voltage spark plug wires can lead to EMF induction in adjacent wires, which can cause misfiring, jerking and twitching of the car at high speeds.
Examination
1. Measurement of the resistance of the primary winding of the ignition coil.
Measure resistance between leads "1" And "2" ignition coils (ignition coil for cylinders #3 and #6), conclusions "2" And "4" ignition coils (ignition coil for cylinders #1 and #4) and conclusions "2" And "3" ignition coils (ignition coil for cylinders #2 and #5).
- Rated value: 0.74 ohm±10%
2. Measurement of the resistance of the secondary winding of the ignition coil.
Measure the resistance of the secondary winding between the high voltage coil leads #3 and #6, #1 and #4, #2 and #5.
Attention: when measuring the resistance of the secondary winding, the connector of the ignition coil must be disconnected.
- Rated value: 13.3 kΩ±15%
