Removal
1. Disconnect the pressure hose from the pump.
Disconnect the suction filter from the suction pipe and drain the liquid into a container.




9. Using a 24 mm wrench, unscrew the valve head and remove the throttle and spring.

2. Make sure the throttle is not deformed.
3. Check the power steering pump shaft for wear or damage.
4. Check the power steering pump drive belt for wear and loss of properties.
5. Check the rotor grooves and blades for wear.
6. Check the contact surface of the stator ring and blades for wear.
7. Check the blades for damage.
8. Check the side plate and the contact surface of the shaft and pump cover for wear.
Assembly
1. Install the sealing ring on the valve. Install the valve spring, valve and screw the valve head into the pump body.

5. Insert the pins into the recesses of the front housing, then install the static ring, paying attention to the direction of its installation.
6. Install the rotor so that the marks on the rotor are located on the side opposite the front of the housing.

2. Install the suction filter.
Caution: Install the pressure hose so that the painted portion of the hose is located at the front of the oil pump.
3. Connect the pressure hose to the pump.
Note: Install the pressure hose so that it is not kinked or comes into contact with any other parts.

4. Fill with PSF-3 fluid.
5. Bleed the power steering hydraulic drive.
6. Check the pressure generated by the pump.
