Removal
1. Place the vehicle on a lift and raise it.

2. Drain the fluid from the power steering hydraulic drive.
3. Remove the front wheels.
4. Remove the cotter pins and unscrew the nuts securing the ball joint pins of the steering rod ends to the steering knuckles. Use a puller to push the ball joint pins of the steering rod ends off the steering knuckles.




18. Disconnect the colored tube from the power steering fluid reservoir side hose.

control, return pipe from the hose side and secure it with clamps.
5. Install the pressure hose and pipe assembly and connect them to the oil pump.


14. Screw in the two bolts securing the front upper part of the bumper.
15. Connect the steering rod ends to the left and right steering knuckles.
16. Install the wheels.
17. Fill the power steering fluid reservoir.
18. Bleed the power steering hydraulic drive.
Examination
1. Check the hose for damage or deterioration.
2. Make sure there is no tension between the hose and other components.
