Remove the rear engine mount balance beam bracket.

To make it easier to remove the subframe, unscrew the steering gear mounting bolts and the stabilizer strut ball joint mounting nuts, hang the steering gear and steering rods from the engine.

Place a jack under the subframe and remove the subframe by unscrewing the bolts securing it to the body.

Checking the technical condition



Check the subframe for cracks or deformation.

Check suspension mounts and silent blocks for cracks or deterioration of material properties.

Installation



Install the subframe, supporting it with a jack.

Install the steering gear and anti-roll bar.

Tighten the bolts and nuts securing the suspension arm silent blocks.

Install the rear engine mount balance beam bracket.

Install the exhaust pipe.
