Radiator assembly.
1 - radiator cap, 2 - upper radiator support, 3 - expansion tank hose, 4 - cooling system expansion tank, 5 - upper radiator hose, 6 - lower radiator hose, 7 - radiator fan, 8 - air conditioning condenser fan.
Removal
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Disconnect the radiator fan motor connector.
3. Unscrew the radiator drain plug and drain the coolant.
4. Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses and the expansion tank tube, having first marked the relative positions of the parts on the hoses and clamps to facilitate further installation.

5. (Models with automatic transmission) Disconnect the automatic transmission fluid cooler hoses.
Attention: after disconnecting the automatic transmission fluid cooler hoses, it is necessary to plug the holes in the hoses, the radiator fittings and the automatic transmission pipes to prevent the automatic transmission fluid from leaking out and foreign particles from getting inside.
6. Unscrew the bolt securing the upper radiator support.

7. Remove the radiator together with the electric fans.
8. Remove the radiator fan motor and the air conditioner condenser fan motor from the cooling system radiator.
Examination
1. Check the radiator for foreign objects between the plates.
2. Check the radiator fins for bending or damage. If necessary, carefully straighten the fins.
3. Check the radiator for damage and any scale, rust or corrosion deposits.
4. Check the radiator hoses for cracks, damage or deterioration (wear).
5. Check the expansion tank for damage.
6. For models with automatic transmission, check the automatic transmission fluid cooler hoses for cracks, damage or deterioration (wear).
Installation
1. Install the previously removed parts back into place.
2. Fill the radiator and expansion tank with clean coolant.
3. Start the engine and warm it up until the thermostat valve opens. Then turn off the engine.
