Front wheel drive: 1 – retaining ring; 2 – inner hinge housing; 3 – retaining ring; 4 – inner joint cage with rollers; 5 – protective cover of the inner hinge; 6 – outer clamp for fastening the protective cover of the inner hinge; 7 – inner clamp for fastening the protective cover of the inner hinge; 8 – anti-vibration weight mounting clamp; 9 – anti-vibration weight; 10 – inner clamp for fastening the protective cover of the outer hinge; 11 – outer clamp for fastening the protective cover of the outer hinge; 12 – protective cover of the outer hinge; 13 – outer hinge; 14 – toothed ring gear of the wheel sensor of the anti-lock braking system (ABS); 15 – mudguard ring; 16 – spring washer; 17 – nut securing the drive to the front wheel hub; 18 – cotter pin.
Disassembly
Remove the inner hinge boot retaining clamps and slide the boot off the hinge housing, being careful not to damage the boot.
Separate the cover from the inner hinge.
Removing the retaining ring
Place of installation of anti-vibration weight
Remove the retaining ring and remove the roller cage from the hinge housing.
Clean the working part.

Warning: Make sure the clamps are securely fastened to prevent the clamps from becoming loose during vehicle operation.
Anti-vibration weight mounting clamps
Use a screwdriver to unfasten the clamp clamp and remove the inner and outer joint covers from the shaft.
Using tool 09495-33000 or other suitable tool, remove the mudguard ring from the outer joint housing.
