Warning!
- When removing the power unit, make sure that the jacks and stands are properly installed and that the engine is securely fastened with the slings of the lifting mechanism.
- When carrying out work under the vehicle, take measures to prevent the vehicle from rolling and falling off the stands.
Attention! To protect the paintwork of the body, use protective covers.
1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the windshield wiper arms.
27. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of a support of the engine to the engine.
28. Slowly raise the engine so that it is clear of the supports and temporarily hold it in this position.
Attention! Check that all electrical connectors, hoses, tubes and wire harnesses are disconnected from the engine.
29. Remove the plugs located on the right fender liner and unscrew the bolts securing the gearbox bracket to the right side member.
30. Turn out bolts and nuts of fastening of a cross subframe.
31. While tilting the gearbox, remove the engine from the car along with the gearbox.
