Removal
1. Disconnect the connectors from the absolute pressure sensors, idle air control valve and throttle position sensor of Hyundai Getz.
5. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the throttle body.
9. Remove the intake manifold and gasket.
Examination
Check the intake manifold for damage or cracking of any part.
Check the air duct for damage or cracking of any part.
Installation
1. Install the intake manifold with a new gasket.
2. Install the intake manifold support.
3. Install the fuel line with the fuel injectors attached to it.
Caution: Be careful not to drop the fuel injectors when installing the fuel line.
4. Connect the wire harness connector to the fuel injectors.
5. Install the crankcase ventilation hose and brake booster vacuum hose.
6. Install the air intake pipe connected to the throttle body.
7. Install the accelerator cable.
8. Connect the connectors to the idle air control valve and the absolute pressure and throttle position sensors.
