Withdrawal
Remove the engine noise cover.

Disconnect the air intake hose from the throttle body (pic. 2.200).
Disconnect the accelerator pedal cable.
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation system hose and brake booster vacuum hose.

Disconnect the vacuum hoses, idle speed control servo harness connector and throttle position sensor harness connector (pic. 2.201).
Before disconnecting the high pressure fuel hose from the fuel manifold, bleed any residual pressure from the high pressure fuel lines to prevent fuel splashing.
Loosen the intake manifold.
Remove the intake manifold assembly and gasket.
Disconnect the fuel injector harness connector.

Remove the fuel manifold with injectors (pic. 2.202).
Attention! Be careful not to drop the injectors when removing the fuel manifold.
Examination
Check the parts for cracks and damage.

Installation
Replace the intake manifold gasket with a new one and reinstall the intake manifold.
Attention! Be careful not to drop the injectors when installing the fuel manifold.
Install the fuel manifold with injectors.
Connect the fuel injector harness connector.
Install the intake manifold support bracket.
Connect the high pressure fuel hose.
Connect the positive crankcase breather hose and brake booster vacuum hose.
Connect the air intake hose to the throttle body.
Connect the accelerator pedal cable.
Connect the idle speed control servo harness connector and throttle position sensor harness connector.
