The brake system of this car is servo-hydraulic type. The car has front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. The brake system is activated when the brake pedal is pressed and is activated by working brake cylinders installed on each wheel. The working cylinders are equipped with control valves that control the pressure applied to the rear brake drums. The control valves prevent the pads from jamming when the parking brake is activated (manual) brakes. The mechanism for pre-setting the pads in the working position and wear compensation works automatically. When the rear brake pads are worn, the automatic tensioning mechanism for the parking brake cables is activated (manual) brakes and gap compensation between the shoes and the brake drum. Parking (manual) brake provides independent mechanical control of the rear brake system (braking).
