Note: The anti-theft system is designed to protect against unauthorized entry into the vehicle.
1. Activation of the security mode.
Attention: it is impossible to start the engine if the security mode is activated.
- A) Stop the engine and remove the key from the ignition switch.
- b) Check that the hood and trunk lid are closed.
- V) Close all side doors and lock the door locks using the transmitter key fob (central locking).
- G) If the activation of the armed mode was successful, then the direction indicators will flash once.
Attention: the security mode will not be activated if at least one of the doors is open or not tightly closed when the central lock is activated.
2. Alarm mode (alert).
- A) When the alarm mode is triggered, the siren of the anti-theft system is activated and the direction indicators flash. The alarm sounds 3 times for 30 seconds, then automatically turns off.
- b) When the security mode is activated, the alarm mode is triggered in the following cases: without using a key fob transmitter, either one of the doors is open, or the hood is open (inside or outside), or trunk lid without using a key.
- V) To forcibly turn off the alarm mode, unlock the locks of the side doors using the transmitter key fob.
3. Deactivation of the security mode.
- A) The armed mode will be deactivated only if the locks of the driver's door or the front passenger's door are unlocked using the transmitter key fob. The direction indicators will flash 2 times, indicating that the security mode is deactivated.
Attention: you can deactivate the security mode from the outside only with the help of a key fob transmitter.
- b) If there is no key fob transmitter, then to forcibly deactivate the security mode, open the driver's door with the key (alarm mode goes off), insert the key into the ignition switch and turn it to the "ON", then wait 30 seconds.
