Note: if any door was opened when the central locking of the door locks was triggered, then the lock of this door will be automatically locked after it is closed.
1. When unlocking/locking the driver's door with the key, all doors will automatically unlock/lock.
2. When unlocking/locking the driver's door (and front passenger doors on models with standard anti-theft system) via internal lock button (on the inside door handle) All doors are unlocked/locked at the same time.
3. Some modifications are equipped with a remote control system for central locking of door locks. Unlocking and locking of all doors is carried out by pressing the corresponding button on the key fob transmitter. When you press the button on the key fob, the operation indicator lights up. The direction indicators will flash once when the doors are locked or twice when the doors are unlocked to indicate that the central locking system is operating. With the trunk lid release button, you can:
1 - unlock, 2 - lock, 3 - trunk lid.
Note: On some models, the door locks are unlocked in 2 stages: by pressing the button "UNLOCK" only the driver's door lock is unlocked. By pressing the button again "UNLOCK" everyone's locks are unlocked.
Attention:
- If the remote locking/unlocking of the door locks does not work, or the indicator is dimly lit or does not light up, then the transmitter battery is discharged.
- Do not expose the key fob transmitter to any impact, liquids of any kind or direct sunlight.
Note:
- The remote keyless entry system will not work if the key is in the ignition, any of the doors are not fully closed, or the transmitter battery is dead.
- The key fob transmitter operates within 5 m from the car. However, the range of the key fob may change if the vehicle is near a power plant, radio transmitter, or other source of interference.
4. A master switch for the central locking system is installed on the driver's door panel. Pressing the top of the switch automatically locks all doors. In addition, the side door locks cannot be unlocked with the door handle button from inside or with the key from outside the vehicle. When the lower part of the switch is pressed, all doors are automatically unlocked, so that their locks can be unlocked both with a key from the outside and with a button from the inside.
1 - unlock, 2 - block.
Replacing the transmitter battery
1. Pry off the transmitter housing with a screwdriver as shown in the figure.
