Note:
- This procedure charges the air conditioning system with refrigerant in the gaseous phase through the low pressure service port.
- Only installing the cylinder in a vertical position will ensure that the refrigerant is filled in a gaseous state.
1. Install the tap on the refrigerant filling cylinder as described in section "Preparing a refrigerant cylinder for the system filling procedure".
2. Open the low pressure fitting valve of the measuring manifold. Adjust the valve position so that the low pressure line pressure gauge shows a system pressure of no more than 412 kPa.

3. Place the filling cylinder in a container with warm water (temperature no higher than 40°C) to create a pressure of gaseous refrigerant in the cylinder slightly higher than the pressure of the refrigerant in the system.
4. Start the engine and set it to high idle speed (warm-up speed). Turn on the air conditioner.
Note: If the charging cylinder is upside down, liquid refrigerant may enter the compressor through the low pressure line and cause damage. Always install the cylinder in an upright position to ensure that the refrigerant is charged in a gaseous state.

5. Fill the air conditioning system with the nominal amount of refrigerant. Then close the low-pressure fitting valve. If the refrigerant enters the system too slowly, immerse the filling cylinder in a container with warm water (temperature no higher than 40°C).
- Amount of refrigerant: 680±25g
Attention:
- Under no circumstances should the refrigerant cylinder be heated in water at a temperature above 52°C.
- Heating the cylinder with a blowtorch or gas burner is not permitted.
