1. Before installing the valve on the cylinder, turn its handle counterclockwise until it stops.
2. Set the valve jam nut to the top position by turning counterclockwise.
3. Connect the hose from the center fitting of the measuring manifold to the tap fitting. Fully open the filling valve and insert it into the filling cylinder. Turn the valve locknut clockwise by hand until it stops.
4. Turn the valve handle clockwise and poke a hole in the cylinder top seal.
5. Turn the cock handle counterclockwise until it stops to fill the hose of the central fitting of the measuring manifold with air. Do not open the high and low pressure valves.
6. Loosen the nut that secures the center hose fitting to the measuring manifold fitting.
7. Blow out the bleed hose for a few seconds, then tighten the hose nut.
