Warning! The throttle valve must not be removed.

Examination



1. Check the throttle assembly for cracks.

2. Check the cleanliness of the hole or vacuum channel.

3. Make sure that the throttle valve is not stuck by moving it with the accelerator cable.

Attention!
  • The throttle valve setting screw was adjusted to the air volume line of 0.516±5% g/s, so it is not recommended to adjust it yourself.
  • If the idle speed is not as required, first check the corresponding sensors.
  • There is no need to clean the carbon deposits in the throttle assembly, as it does not affect the performance of the fuel system at all.
