2. Turn off the engine.
3. Remove the oil filler plug (on the valve cover) and the drain plug (on the oil pan) and drain the old oil.
4. Tighten the drain plug to the specified torque.
- Tightening torque: Drain plug - 35-45 Nm.
5. Fill the crankcase with fresh engine oil through the filler neck.
- Dry engine filling: 3.9 l.
Draining and refilling oil:
- Without oil filter: 2.9 l.
- With oil filter: 3.3 l.
Warning: Do not overfill the crankcase. This may cause oil aeration and reduce oil pressure.
6. Install the oil filler cap.
7. Start the engine and let it run.
8. Stop the engine and check the oil level. Add oil if necessary.
