Removal of pipelines of the air conditioning system.
1 - evaporator and heater block assembly, 2 - drain hose, 3 - expansion valve, 4 - bolt "A" expansion valve mounting, 5 - bolt "IN" expansion valve fasteners, 6 - inlet hose, 7 - high pressure pipeline, 8 - outlet hose, 9 - inlet and outlet hose fastener. 10 - receiver-drier assembly, 11 - triple pressure switch, 12 - condenser assembly, 13 - pipeline "A" high pressure, 14 - nut, 15 - compressor mounting bolt, 16 - compressor assembly, 17 - compressor mounting bracket.
Removal and installation
1. Pump out the coolant from the air conditioning system.
2. Removal and installation of pipelines, follow the assembly drawing "Removing air conditioning pipes".
3. Evacuate the system and charge the system with refrigerant.
- The amount of refrigerant in the air conditioning system: 680±25 g.
4. Check the system for refrigerant leaks using a leak detector. Eliminate the found faults (leaks).
5. Perform air conditioner efficiency test.
