Removal
1. Remove the air filter and air intake pipe.
4. Remove the bracket mounting bolts and remove the HECU unit together with the bracket.
Attention!
- 1. Do not disassemble the HECU hydraulic unit.
- 2. The HECU unit must be transported in an upright position with the unit openings closed with suitable plugs, as brake fluid must not drain from the unit.
HECU bracket mounting bolt tightening torque: 8–10 N·m
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Tighten the HECU mounting bolts and brake pipe mounting nuts to the specified torques.
Tightening torques:
- HECU mounting bolt: 8-10 N·m
- Brake pipe mounting nuts: 13–17 N·m
