Attention! Removal and installation of the Hyundai Getz luggage compartment door should be carried out with an assistant.
Removal and installation
1. Remove the tailgate gas strut.
2. Disconnect the connectors from the rear window defroster.
3. Remove the hinge mounting bolts and remove the luggage compartment door
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Trunk door trim
1. Remove the four screws securing the luggage compartment door trim.
2. Use a puller to release the latches securing the luggage compartment door trim.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Rear window cleaner
1. Remove the trunk lid trim.
2. Unscrew the nut and remove the arm with the glass wiper blade.
2. Disconnect the rod from the electric drive, unscrew the bolts and remove the electric drive and the lock cylinder. When removing the lock switch, turn it slightly to the side.
4. Unscrew the three bolts and remove the lock.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
