Oil capacity: 140–160 cm³
Oil condition
1. The oil should not contain moisture, dust, metal particles, etc.
2. Do not mix oils of different types.
3. The moisture content of oil increases if it is left exposed to air for a long time. After using the oil, the oil container should be sealed immediately.
Oil filling
The oil level should be checked or oil should be added after the engine has been running at idle speed for 20–30 minutes and at high fan speed.
Checking the compressor oil level
When adding compressor oil while the compressor is running, check the oil level as follows.
1) Fill the compressor with oil, stop the engine, drain the refrigerant and remove the compressor from the vehicle.
2) Drain the oil from the compressor outlet pipe.
Note: Since draining cold oil is difficult, warm up the compressor to a temperature of 40–50°C before draining.

3) Measure the amount of oil that has leaked out. If the amount of oil that has leaked out is less than 70 cm³, it means there is a small oil leak. Check the air conditioning system connections for leaks and repair or replace any damaged parts.
4) Check the oil condition and fill the compressor with oil in the following order.
If the oil is clean
| Volume of drained oil | Filling |
| More than 70 cm³ | The oil level is normal. Add an amount of oil equal to the amount of oil that has leaked out. |
| Less than 70 cm³ | The oil level is low. Add 70 cm³ of oil. |
