Examination

1. Place the vehicle on a flat, horizontal surface.

2. Unscrew the filler plug and remove the gasket. Make sure that the oil level in the gearbox housing is normal.

If necessary, add oil to the crankcase. After checking, install a new gasket and tighten the plug.

Replacement

1. To drain the oil, unscrew the filler and drain plugs. The gearbox must be warmed up (be careful not to burn yourself with hot oil).

2. After draining the oil, install the gasket and tighten the drain plug.
  • Tightening torque: 30-35 Nm

3. Fill with oil, install a new gasket and tighten the filler plug.

Note: Pour in the oil slowly, in small portions, with breaks of several minutes.

  • Oil quality according to API: GL-4
  • Oil viscosity according to SAE: 75W-90
  • Volume of oil to be filled: 2.1 l
  • Tightening torque: 30-35 Nm

4. After installing the filler plug, check the gearbox for oil leaks and damage.
