Examination

1. Check the manifold for damage and cracks.

2. Using a square and feeler gauge, check the deformation of the surface of the cylinder head mating with the manifold.

• Standard value is 0.15mm or less
• The permissible limit is 0.2 mm or less

3. Check the gasket for delamination or defects.
