Attention:
- Towing of cars with automatic transmission is permitted at a speed of no more than 50 km/h for a distance of no more than 25 km. If towing is necessary for a distance of more than 25 km, it must be done with a tow truck using the full loading method.
- If towing is required over a distance of more than 25 km, it must be carried out using a tractor vehicle using the full loading method (type C). Towing is permitted using the partial loading method of the front part of the vehicle (type B) or the rear part of the vehicle using (type A).

1. General precautions when towing with a rope.
- a) Use extreme caution when towing your vehicle. Avoid sudden starts and abrupt maneuvers that may place excessive stress on the towing rope or chain. The loops, towing rope or chain may break and cause serious injury or damage.
- b) When towing, the vehicle should only be secured using special hooks.
Note: Do not attach the cable to the transport hook, which is designed to secure the vehicle during submerged transportation.

- c) When descending a long slope, the brakes may overheat and stop holding the vehicle. In this case, the vehicle should be transported using a tractor.
- d) Use caution when towing a stuck vehicle. Stay clear of vehicles and the towing rope.

2. When towing a vehicle using a cable, perform the following operations:
- a) Release the parking brake.
Note: When towing, the front and rear wheels of the vehicle must rotate normally.
- b) Set the gear shift lever to neutral (models with manual transmission) or the automatic transmission selector lever to the "N" position (models with automatic transmission).
- c) Insert the key into the ignition switch and turn it to the "ACC" (engine not running) or "ON" (engine running) position and turn the steering wheel slightly to unlock it.
Caution: If the ignition key is in the "LOCK" position, the steering wheel will be locked when you try to turn it.
- d) Turn on the hazard warning lights.
Note: If the engine is not running, the brake and power steering will not operate, so the effort required to operate the controls will be significantly greater than normal.
4. When transporting by full loading method.
- a) Move the gear shift lever to the first gear position (manual transmission) or the selector lever to the "P" position (automatic transmission).
- b) Apply the parking brake.
