Parking brake position switch (Hyundai Getz 1)

The Hyundai Getz push-type parking brake position switch is located under the parking brake lever. Adjustment is made by moving the switch bracket up or down with the parking brake lever fully lowered.



1. Check if there is continuity between the switch terminals when the parking brake lever is raised.

2. Check that there is no continuity between the switch terminals when the parking brake lever is released.

3. Otherwise, replace the switch or check the reliability of its connection to the ground.
