Removal



Remove the gearbox and clutch.

Remove the flywheel.

Examination



Check the condition of the flywheel contact surface with the driven clutch disc (no uneven wear or damage). Replace the flywheel if the surface is damaged or significantly worn.

Measure the runout of the contact surface of the flywheel with the driven clutch disc.

Nominal flywheel runout value: 0.1 mm.

Check the condition of the flywheel ring gear (no damage, cracks or significant wear) and replace it if necessary.

Installation



Install the flywheel assembly and tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque.

Tightening torque of the flywheel mounting bolt: 120–130 Nm.
