Rear suspension arms and rods.
1 - upper arm bracket, 2 - upper arm of the rear suspension, 3 - lower arm of the rear suspension, 4 - transverse rod of the rear suspension, 5 - longitudinal rod of the rear suspension, 6 - subframe assembly.
Removal
1. Jack up the car, unscrew the bolts and remove the rear wheel.
- Tightening torque: 90-110 Nm
2. Remove the upper rear suspension arm.
- a) Unscrew the nut, remove the bolt and disconnect the lever from the knuckle.
- Tightening torque: 100-120 Nm
- b) Unscrew the two nuts, remove the bolts securing the upper arm to the brackets and remove the upper arm.
- Tightening torque: 50-60 Nm
- c) Unscrew the two bolts of the upper arm brackets and remove the brackets.
- Tightening torque: 40-50 Nm
3. Using a special tool, press the bearing out of the lever.
Installation
1. The installation of the upper arm of the rear suspension is carried out in the reverse order of removal; the tightening torques of the bolts and nuts are indicated in the text describing the removal procedure and in the assembly drawing "Levers and rods of the rear suspension".
2. When installing, pay attention to the color marks on the bearing and lever.
