Checking the steering wheel play
1. Start the engine with the steering wheel in the straight ahead position.
2. Measure the free play (play) of the steering wheel, measured around the circumference of the rim.
- Play standard is 30 mm
3. If the play exceeds the norm, check the contact of the shaft and the ball joints of the steering rod.

Checking the rotation angle
1. Mount the front wheel on the steering measuring device and determine the steering angle of the wheel.
Wheel turning angle [normal]:
- Inner wheel - 39°40'12"±2°
- Outer wheel - 32°12'36"
2. If the measured value does not correspond to the norm, the length of the steering rods should be adjusted.
