Dismantling



1. Loosen the shock absorber mounting nuts, remove the disc brake caliper and the disc itself, disconnect the hose and cross member mounting nuts.

2. Remove the rear suspension assembly.

Examination



Check the cross member for cracks and other defects.

Installation



The rear suspension is installed in the reverse order.

Replacing the cross member bushing

1. Using a special tool, press out or press in the bushing.

2. When performing the pressing operation, after applying soapy water to the bushing, move the latter in the direction of the arrow to the position shown in the figure.

3. Press in until the protrusion of the inner tube matches the standard value.
  • Standard value (A): 8.5-9.5 mm
