Car hood (Hyundai Sonata EF)

1. To open the hood, you must perform the following procedures:

• a) Pull the hood lock release lever towards you as shown in the figure.

• b) Raise the hood slightly and pull the hood lock lever.

• c) Raise the hood.

2. To close the hood, lower it down and make sure it is securely locked.

Warning: Make sure the hood is securely closed before driving. A hood that is not completely closed may open unexpectedly while the vehicle is moving, causing an accident.
