Turn the hood stops counterclockwise or clockwise to adjust the hood height (Fig. 8.4).
Loosen the bolts holding the hood latch.

Adjust the hood retainer so that it holds the hood correctly, then tighten the mounting bolts. If the proper position of the retainer cannot be ensured, adjust the position of the hood in the longitudinal and transverse directions (Fig. 8.5).
