All tires must have the correct air pressure.
Place the vehicle on a level surface and rock it several times while pressing on the front and rear bumpers.
Make sure the vehicle is unloaded (nothing but the spare tire, jack, tools, full engine coolant, engine oil, and fuel). Place a load equal to the weight of an adult in the driver's seat.

Wash the headlight lenses and turn on the low or high beam headlights.
Open the hood.
On the alignment screen, draw a horizontal line and vertical lines (passing through the center of each headlight).
Then draw a line parallel to and 30mm below the horizontal line to adjust the headlight beam.

Adjust the low beam headlight illumination boundary line to the level of the parallel line using a Phillips screwdriver (Fig. 1.232).
Adjust the low beam headlight illumination boundary line along each vertical line using a Phillips screwdriver.

If the headlights were replaced as a whole during body repair of the front part of the vehicle body, it is necessary to check the adjustment of the headlight beam using the screen, as shown in Figure 1.232. Turn on the headlight switch (to the low or high beam position).
Adjust the headlight beam so that the beam's own axis is parallel to the center line of the vehicle body and coincides at point "P" shown in Figure 1.232.
The dotted lines in Figure 1.232 indicate the centers of the headlights.
Technical specifications
"H" is the distance from the horizontal center line of the headlights to the ground.
- Low beam: 883 mm.
- High beam: 869 mm.
"W" is the distance between the centers of the headlights.
- Low beam: 1402 mm.
- High beam: 1144 mm.
"L" – distance between the headlights and the screen on which they are tested: 3000 mm.
