Installing tires with different tread patterns may result in premature failure of transmission components.
A plate indicating the recommended tire pressure is located on the outer panel of the driver's door pillar.
Recommended tire pressure
The recommended pressure values are selected to ensure maximum ride comfort, minimum tread wear and stability under normal driving conditions. The air pressure in the tires should be checked at least once a month. The recommended air pressure in the tires should be maintained for the following reasons:
- low tire pressure results in uneven tire tread wear and poor vehicle handling;
- high tire pressure increases the risk of wheel damage from an impact and causes uneven tire tread wear.
Winter tires
Winter tires must be the same size and load capacity as the original tires. Install winter tires on all four wheels at the same time; otherwise, the vehicle's handling may be impaired. Winter tires must have an air pressure of 28 kPa greater than the pressure recommended for the original tires, indicated on the plate located on the driver's side B-pillar, or the maximum permissible pressure indicated on the sidewall of the tire, whichever is lower. If the vehicle is equipped with winter tires, the speed must not exceed 120 km/h.

Wheel rotation
Fig. 1.255. Wheel rotation diagram
Wheel rotation should be done every 10,000 km. After wheel rotation, check the air pressure in the tires and the tightness of the wheel nuts.
