Checking the voltage of the wheel speed sensor signal

Raise the vehicle and release the parking brake.

Disconnect the ABS Integrated Control Unit (HECU) connectors and take measurements at the harness side of the connector.

Caution! Make sure that the double connector lock is removed and the instrument probe is inserted from the wiring side (the back side of the connector). Connecting the probe directly to the connector terminals may cause incorrect or insufficient contact in the connector.

Caution: Rotate the wheel at approximately 0.5-1 revolution per second and check the sensor signal voltage with a multimeter or oscilloscope.
