1. Tires
Adjust your tire pressure for highway driving. Low tire pressure can cause your tires to overheat and possibly fail.
Avoid using worn or damaged tyres, as this may result in reduced traction and tyre failure.
Note: Do not exceed the air pressure indicated on the tire.
2. Fuel, coolant and engine oil
Driving at high speed increases fuel consumption by 1.5 times compared to driving in the city. Don't forget to check the engine oil and engine coolant levels.
3. Drive belts
Loose or broken drive belts can cause engine failure.
