The electronic clock has three control buttons.
HOUR button – to set the hours.
MIN button (minute) – to set the minutes.
RESET button – to reset the minutes to zero.
Pressing the "R" button between 10:30 and 11:29 changes the clock to 11:00.
Pressing the "R" button between 11:30 and 12:29 changes the clock to 12:00.
