The vehicle is equipped with sun visors for the driver and front passenger to protect against glare from the front and sides. Tilt the sun visor downwards to reduce glare or to protect against direct sunlight. A vanity mirror is installed on the rear side of the sun visor for the driver and front passenger (Fig. 1.94).

Note: Additional information regarding the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) is located on the back of each sun visor.

The vehicle is equipped with a sun visor extension that can be used when the visor is in the side position (Fig. 1.95).

When the plastic cover is opened, the illumination of the cosmetic mirror is automatically turned on (Fig. 1.96).

Receipt pocket

This pocket is located on the sun visor and is used to store receipts, etc. (Fig. 1.97).

When the front door is open, a red lamp lights up at its end. It is designed to illuminate the door opening when getting in and out of the car, and also to warn passing vehicles of an open door (Fig. 1.98).
