Removal

Place a flat-blade screwdriver between the outside rearview mirror holder and the mirror unit (Fig. 8.34).
Caution: Use gloves when removing and installing the mirror holder.

Caution: When using a flat-blade screwdriver, wrap it in a towel to prevent damage.

Remove the outside rearview mirror actuator from the outside rearview mirror housing (Fig. 8.35).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
